-	UWP IDE: Modbus and Bacnet map are improved with the reference note explaining the meaning of the values for “Diagnostic bits” signal.


### Fixes and improvements

-	ID 312 – UWP IDE: the setpoint change from the display of Temdis modules was not updated into the Fx Zone temperature function.
-	ID 388 – UWP Webapp: incorrect codification of the e-mail header was performed by UWP when serding reports via a specific SMTP account.
-	ID 413 – UWP Webapp: all dashboard got corrupted when the webapp langauge was set to Chinese.
